Choose the right place for each plant

This collection combines plants for different garden conditions. Place camellias in suitable sheltered beds with well-drained acidic soil; give pink muhly a sunny, well-drained area. Keep papyrus in its own consistently moist or wet container. Hawaiian Ti needs cold protection and is best used in movable containers here. Shell ginger may need winter protection depending on your site. This is a seasonal garden palette: plants will not all bloom at the same time, and pink muhly’s pink plumes are a fall feature rather than a guaranteed winter display.
